This could be due to credSSP encryption oracle remediation.

The solution is below.

1 1.     Run the “gpedit.msc”

2 2.     Go to Computer configuration

3 3.    Expand the administrative tools -> System

4 4.    Select - Credentials delegation

5 5.    Right side on the screen Edit “Enable Oracle Remediation”

6 6.    Enable

7 7.    Select protection level “Vulnerable”
